In late March 2014 we were concerned about our existing sales, especially in western Canada and through some industry connections we heard about Michael Theodor and MT Consulting. We connected with Michael and after several interviews we agree that his support and guidance for our business would be very helpful.
Within a day or so, he put us in touch with a large western distributor, set up a conference call with them & got them interested in our brand. The results were that we met with them in April at the CHFA Show in BC and now we will have a new, effective distributor for our brand.
Michael also went a bit out of the box and contacted a national sports distribution company for our brand which he had worked with when he owned MTB, one of Canada’s largest natural and organic brokers. Although they did not chose to carry the brand, they did provide Michael the complete contact list of their sales reps across Canada, and we are now signing them up to sell HoneyMaxx into sports and golf stores across Canada. All this happened in matter of a few weeks & was organized with Michael’s efforts.
We have our sites set on the US market soon, and will look towards Michael’s expertise to guide our sales there as well.
